Weddings
A marquee is not a backup for bad weather. It is the reason you can hold the whole thing in a paddock, a garden or a vineyard, anywhere in South Australia, and still have a floor, lights and somewhere warm to sit at eleven at night.

What you get
Most couples end up chasing a marquee company, a furniture company, a linen supplier, a lighting hire and someone for the glassware. We are all of those. It means one quote, one delivery, one crew, and one person to ring when the numbers change.
And they always change. Nobody has ever confirmed a final headcount and then not changed it.
Clearspan pavilions 10 metres wide and up to 54 long, no internal poles. Walls and clear panels if you want the view.
Timber flooring, staging and red carpet. Grass gets wet and heels do not forgive it.
Light curtains, festoon, garden arches, wishing wells, mesh walls and linen in your colours.
Rounds and trestles, bistro and Americana chairs, glassware, crockery and cutlery by the hundred.
How a wedding runs
We come and look. Ground, slope, access, overhead wires, where the sun sets. Free, and it settles the size.
Itemised quote. A 30% deposit holds the date and the gear. Popular Saturdays go twelve months out.
Structure, floor, lights and furniture in place the day before so you can style it without a crew around you.
Packed down the day after. Nobody is dismantling a marquee on their honeymoon.
Common questions
For a marquee on a Saturday between October and March, twelve months is not too early. Off-peak, three to six months is usually fine. If your date is close, ring us anyway. Things move.
It depends on whether people are seated, whether there is a dance floor, and whether catering goes under cover too. As a rough start, allow about a square metre per person seated at rounds, then add for the bar, the band and the buffet. We will work it out properly at the site visit.
Clearspan pavilions are 10 metres wide and run up to 54 metres long, so the length grows with the guest list. Smaller marquees, pop-ups and star shades cover everything below that.
Structures are quoted rather than price-listed, because the site changes the job. Furniture, linen, glassware and lighting are straightforward per-item hire. You get one itemised quote covering the lot.
A 30% deposit holds the booking. For weddings and large events the balance is due 30 days before. For smaller standard hires it is three days before.
Grass is normal and we peg into it. Slopes are usually workable with levelled flooring, but there is a limit and we would rather tell you at the site visit than on the day.
That is rather the point of a marquee. Walls go on, heaters go in, and the floor keeps everyone out of the mud. We will talk through weather options when we quote.
Across South Australia. Adelaide, the Hills, the Fleurieu, the Barossa, the Clare, the Riverland and further when the job warrants it. Delivery is priced into the quote so there is no surprise later.
We are fully insured and compliant. If your venue has asked for a certificate of currency or a safe work method statement, tell us at quote stage and it comes with the quote. For a private property most couples are never asked for anything.
Yes. Glassware, linen, chairs and the like can be collected from the shop at Lonsdale, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturdays 9 to 3. Structures are always delivered and installed by us.
